Botejyu Express will open its second branch in Chiba Prefecture in the second floor food court of the Vivit Square Minami Funabashi shopping mall located in the waterfront district of Funabashi city.

The new branch will offer a variety of local specialty yakisoba including “Hiruzen Yakisoba” from Okayama (second place winner of the 2010 B-1 Gourmet Grand Prix Festival held in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture), “Fujinomiya Yakisoba” from Shizuoka (2006 and 2007 winner of the B-1 Gourmet Grand Prix Festival), “Yokote Yakisoba” from Akita (2009 winner of the B-1 Gourmet Grand Prix Festival) as well as “Takoyaki” from Osaka.
