The first Botejyu Express branch in Tochigi Prefecture will open in the Oyama Yuen Harvest Walk Shopping Center. This large-scale, open-mall style commercial facility, built where Oyama Amusement Park used to be, houses movie theatres and a wide variety of boutiques. In addition to our standard sauce-flavored Osaka yakisoba, you can watch our experienced staff prepare Gotochi (local specialty) yakisoba such as the Shizuoka’s Fujinomiya Yakisoba, Akita’s Yokote Yakisoba and Okayama’s Hiruzen Yakisoba right before your eyes.
